To provide your lawn the best chance for survival and to encourage growth, you must give it the attention and care it requires. Our treatment program provides just that. This program consists of six treatments (aka rounds). Each round is unique and applied at the right time to ensure great results. Say goodbye to weeds and say hello to flourishing green grass!

• Round 1: The first treatment includes a special blend of pre-emergent Crabgrass Control with a nutrient rich fertilizer.
• Round 2: This treatment includes a post-emergent weed control and soil stimulant. This app is designed to tackle spring weeds and make the grass pop with that desired green color.
• Round 3: With the hot summer upon us, this application includes insect control and a slow-release Summer fertilizer.
• Round 4: This application targets hard-to-kill Summer weeds. A very light soil stimulant is also applied.
• Round 5: It’s time to start thinking about preparing the lawn for Fall. This round is an all-liquid fertilizer that helps loosen the soil and allow O2 and H2O reach deep into the root system. This application also includes a follow-up spot weed treatment.
• Round 6: With Winter quickly approaching, a Winter fertilizer is applied to give your lawn the nutrients it needs to get through the cold season and will help ensure a beautiful Spring green up the following season.

Fall aeration and overseeding is crucial for maintaining and establishing a beautiful lawn. Core Aeration entails pulling 2 to 3 inch plugs from your soil. This reduces soil compaction and allows more oxygen and nutrients to access the soil and root system. Overseeding in the Fall allows time for the new turf to establish a deeper root system before the temperature cranks up next Summer, increasing survivability and appearance.

When aeration and overseeding are completed together in Fall, you are providing your lawn the best chance for being more full and lush next Spring and Summer.

All work is performed by friendly, uniformed and trained employees. Our equipment is maintained to ensure safety and maximize performance. Our team will mow the grass, alternating patterns where possible to minimize ruts, and edge and redefine all borders of the property including fence lines, sidewalks, driveway, etc. We will blow away clippings and debris from driveway, walkways, patio(s), and street.

Our team will appropriately trim/prune your shrubs. Some shrubs require hand pruning while others can be shaped with trimmers. We can take care of all your trimming needs. Clippings will be collected and hauled away.

Services typically occur in Spring, late Summer and/or Fall

Once the leaves start dropping, our team will collect and remove leaves from your property.We will clear leaves from your lawn, flower beds, walkways, patio, driveway, street, etc.Fallen branches, clutter and trash will also be collected. Lastly, don’t worry about the mountains of leaves and debris…we’ll be sure to remove it all and dispose of it in an eco-friendly manner.
